IMMUNITY TO NOISE

iDOL 44R-33 has high immunity to noise from electric communication (e.g. mobile phones) and transients (e.g. from motors and contactors). The IP69K protection class offers the highest protection against water and other liquids, e.g. during the cleaning of livestock houses.

PARAMETERS

The SmartAdjust app allows you to easily edit sensor parameters:

- SENSITIVITY in the range: 0-15mm

- ON Delay (Delayed connection) in the range: 0- 3600 sec. (from 0 to 1 hour). This function is useful for the full level sensor.

- OFF Delay (Delayed disconnection) in the range: 0- 3600 sec. (from 0 to 1 hour). This function is useful for the empty level sensor.

By setting the ON Delay and OFF Delay to "0", the sensor will operate without any delay.

At your reguest, we can prepare the sensor in any configuration.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

A capacitive relay sensor is typically used as empty, full and level indicator in tanks, silos and containers. The powerful integrated relay means that it can control many functions directly.

The iDOL 44R series of capacitive relay sensors from dol-sensors are sturdy andeasy to operate. A mobile app makes it easy to adjust several product parameters, depending on the model.

A red LED clearly indicates the current status of the relay sensor.
iDOL 44R-33 is made in a ø30 mm smooth designmounted in a PG36/M40 gland.

RELIABILITY

The use of electronic rather than mechanic switches ensures a unique reliability, particularly as the electronics are completely encapsulated in special plastic, which provides maximum protection against humidity and other external influences in harsh environments. The sensor is also CE, C-UL and UL approved and has a high immunity to noise from electric communication (i.e. from a mobile phone) and transients (i.e. from motors and contactors). This makes the sensor very reliable.

IP Protection

The capacitive iDOL 44R-33 sensor is made in a sealed plastic housing, the protection degree of which is IP69K.
